Telescopic jacks
Telescopic hydraulic jacks are designed to achieve greater lifting heights while maintaining a compact structure. They consist of multiple nested square tubes equipped with locking pins, which extend progressively using a hydraulic cylinder. This design enables safe and efficient lifting in applications where space is limited but substantial vertical lifting is required.
Telescopic jacks are particularly suitable for the construction of thin-walled tanks, including bolted storage tanks and grain storage silos.
Bygging telescopic hydraulic jacks are suitable for the erection of bolted and welded tanks, silos, and grain dryers, including corrugated and smooth-walled structures used for storing food grains, bulk solids, powders, water, and other liquids.
Available for manufacture and rental, our telescopic jacks come in 5.6-tonne and 6.8-tonne capacities, with a lifting height of up to 2,438 mm.
Traditionally, grain silos and bolted tanks are erected using A-frames and chain blocks, with one operator required for each A-frame. This labour-intensive method increases manpower requirements and construction time. In contrast, telescopic hydraulic jacks enable synchronised lifting using a centralised control system, reducing the number of operators required while improving lifting efficiency, safety, and precision.
